Position Summary:
The Food Runner/Expeditor ensures accurate, timely delivery of food from the kitchen to dining areas while maintaining presentation standards and seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to dining areas.
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards before service.
- Confirm orders are complete and correct prior to delivery.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
- Assist in managing ticket times and coordinating food flow during peak service.
- Announce dishes professionally and respond to basic guest needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo line and service stations.
- Support servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Uphold the club’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
